The Design and Manufacturing Process
Each system begins with a vibratory bowl that is suitable for the specific project. Sizes available range from 6" to 36" in diameter. Stainless steel, which has long been admired for its durability and luster, is almost exclusively used for our bowls, bowl tooling and tracks. In extreme wear applications, using hardened tool steel will guarantee a longer production life for your system. For special requests, aluminum bowls are also available.
The dual coil vibratory base on which the bowl is positioned delivers a smooth, positive feed. This is an extremely important factor when providing customers with definite part orientation at high rates of speed.
Our solid state controllers provide the optimum in adjustable bowl feeder control. We provide single or multiple adjustable controls.
In addition we also offer the option of incorporating an electric eye or proximity sensor with dual time delays within the controller. This feature not only simplifies installation, but keeps the system neat in its appearance.
Inventory and Delivery
We maintain a large inventory of vibratory bowls, bases, and all related vibratory, electrical, and pneumatic accessories. Having such an inventory ensures minimum delivery time so you can benefit from increased production as soon as possible.
Applications
Applications for our systems are virtually limitless. Uses have included automatic assembly, drilling, tapping, forming, counting and packaging. Wherever there is a need to have a part fed and oriented we can custom- design a system to meet your production needs. We have handled, quite successfully, difficult application projects such as the feeding and escaping of parts from several tracks at once into indexing blister packages.
Adaptability and Options
Goyette systems can be easily interfaced both electrically and physically with robotic systems. The vibratory system places an oriented part into a special "nest" from which a robot or pick-and-place arm can remove the part for the next phase of production.
We specialize in designing the equipment necessary to meet your specific project needs. Because each customer's project is unique to their market, we have several options available for creating the best system possible. Some of the options available include: supply hoppers, sound enclosures, vibratory tracks, escapements, gravity tracks, electric eyes, proximity sensors, machine bases and assembly systems.
